1. Processing Time
It usually takes 2–3 business days to process your order after it has been received. Please allow additional time for tracking updates, as local couriers may experience slight delays. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
2. Delivery Time
We strive to ship all orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Change of Delivery Address
You may change your shipping address for free before we provide the tracking number. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any address modifications.
4. Order Tracking
If you have registered an account on tavatino.com, you can track your order directly through your account dashboard.
If you haven’t registered, you can track your order using your Order ID and Email Address on our tracking page.
5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at info@tavatino.com. We will issue a full refund without any handling fees.
Once the order has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
6. Shipping Details & Delivery Estimates
For the United States:
We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the U.S.

For International Regions:
We offer worldwide shipping via standard airmail or courier services. Rates and options are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times (from warehouse dispatch):
- USA, Canada, UK, Australia, EU: 7–15 business days
- Other European Countries: 10–25 business days
- Asia & Middle East: 15–25 business days
- South America & Africa: 20–45 business days
Note: Handling Time refers to the time for your package to leave our warehouse. Transit Time refers to the carrier's delivery time. All estimates are for guidance only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or local factors. During peak seasons or under special circumstances, delivery may be extended by 1-2 weeks.
7. Import Taxes & Duties
Our products are shipped from mainland China. For orders outside China, additional taxes or duties may apply.
For U.S. Customers:
The U.S. does not impose additional tariffs on clothing under $800 shipped from China. If future policies change, we will cover all applicable costs.
For Canadian Customers:
We have pre-registered our goods with Canadian customs. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
For Other International Orders:
Import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We generally ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning we have prepaid the estimated taxes. However, final charges are determined by your local customs. For any inquiries, please contact your local customs office or our support team at info@tavatino.com.
8. Special Circumstances
Customs Detainment or Return: If a package is detained or returned by customs, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund. If goods are destroyed by customs, liability will be shared proportionally.
Remote Area Delivery: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer and incur additional carrier fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. TAVATINO is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
